This patio client in Arlington Heights had smaller old broken concrete patio and sunken stoop, and needed to improve their backyard by replacing and expanding the patio area, while also upgrading the material to Unilock brick pavers. They also thought it would be nice to add a black brick soldier border around the patio edge. We also designed and built a gorgeous pergola with landscape lighting to provide shade and a focal point for the space at both daytime and night time.  We built the pergola using high-quality wood materials and expert craftsmanship that resulted in a sturdy “lighted” structure that would be illuminated at night time and withstand the outdoor elements. This pergola provided a beautiful addition to the patio. The client was thrilled with the final result, as it not only added functionality to their backyard but also greatly enhanced its aesthetic appeal.

In addition to replacing and expanding their patio, we also removed their old broken and sunken rear concrete stoop and replaced it with a new beautiful brick stoop that included a soldier border. A soldier border is a type of design element that is commonly used in brick paver installations.
