This paver patio was done in Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth ‘Bavarian Blend’ pavers with a Copthorne Basalt accent and Brussels Block ‘Sandstone’ Soldier course.  The stoop and seat wall were built using Olde Quarry ‘Sandstone’ wall block with Ledgestone ‘Buff’ coping and Copthorne Basalt banding in the seat wall.  The pergola was built with all Smooth Red Cedar lumber: 6×6 posts, 2×12 beams and 2×8 rafters with top-runners on 8” centers to provide ample shade to this out door space.

This client had small, old broken and uneven concrete patio, and wanted to improve their backyard by replacing and expanding the patio area using Unilock brick pavers. They also thought it would be nice to add a black brick soldier border around the patio edge and brick seat wall with a matching black brick soldier border that would provide an aesthetically pleasing separation of patio to turf, while also offering a place for guests to sit on.

In addition to replacing and expanding their patio, we also removed their old broken and sunken rear concrete stoop and replaced it with a new beautiful brick stoop that included a soldier border and landscape lighting that would help illuminate the step area

This client had small old concrete walkway and front stoop that was broken and sinking. They knew it was time to improve and the solution was to completely replace both the walkway and stoop. They also wanted to use Unilock brick pavers rather than concrete. They also thought it would be nice to add a brown brick soldier border around the walkway edge, as the brown soldier border would provide an aesthetically pleasing separation lighter brown stone tiles that we used for the walkway surface.

In addition to replacing and expanding their walkway, we also removed their old broken and sunken front entry concrete stoop and replaced it with a new beautiful brick stoop that included a soldier border on the flat surface, vertically installed stone and “under stoop” lighting to help illuminate the step and stoop area. This gorgeous new brick walkway and front stoop was designed to perfectly accentuate the existing stone facia on the home.

This patio client in Arlington Heights had smaller old broken concrete patio and sunken stoop, and needed to improve their backyard by replacing and expanding the patio area, while also upgrading the material to Unilock brick pavers. They also thought it would be nice to add a black brick soldier border around the patio edge. We also designed and built a gorgeous pergola with landscape lighting to provide shade and a focal point for the space at both daytime and night time.  We built the pergola using high-quality wood materials and expert craftsmanship that resulted in a sturdy “lighted” structure that would be illuminated at night time and withstand the outdoor elements. This pergola provided a beautiful addition to the patio. The client was thrilled with the final result, as it not only added functionality to their backyard but also greatly enhanced its aesthetic appeal.
