Pam Curran joined the firm in 2006 and has represented many clients at Sam L. Amirante & Associates, P.C. After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, she spent a couple years working at Rush University Medical Center in the Department of Psychiatry prior to commencing her legal career. Pam earned her J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and worked at Ward Law Office, P.C., where she handled a multitude of transactional legal matters, including contract review, settlement negotiations and estate planning. She also gained experience in the insurance industry with Travelers Insurance handling workers’ compensation claims, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the insurance business and vast knowledge in the area of workers’ compensation. She applies her expansive background to her current practice, which involves general litigation, including traffic, criminal, civil, domestic, probate, and workers’ compensation.
Since joining the firm, Pam has established a reputation as a devoted, compassionate, and hardworking trial attorney who is known for her persistence in preparing cases from beginning to successful conclusion. Her tenacity and charming personality has earned the admiration and respect from colleagues, opposing counsel, court personnel, and all of her clients. Along with her friendly demeanor she has proven herself to be a zealous, untiring and successful litigator in Traffic, Criminal, and Civil trials. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association
